I recently discovered Dandies Vegan Marshmallows at Whole Foods Markets.  These delicious marshmallows melt and catch fire like any other and they taste great on top of ice cream, in brownies, on top of hot chocolate or melted  in recipes such as the classic Rice Krispies Treats.  According to the company’s Website they are made on dedicated vegan equipment with zero animal products.  Finally a marshmallow made without gelatin.  Now that’s something that even the animals love.

Dandies Vegan Marshmallows are also made in a facility that does NOT process dairy, eggs, shellfish, tree nuts or peanuts in their plant according to the manufacturer, Chicago SoyDairy.
